This one day course has been developed to provide the Directors and Senior Management with a full insight into their legal duties and responsibilities under current Health and Safety legislation.
It also covers changes in the approach of insurance companies regarding Health and Safety and the impact this has had within industry. The course will increase awareness that is required to minimize the risk of criminal prosecution or civil litigation for breaches of Health and Safety legislation.
